Hire a space

At Knock Methodist we have a range of halls and rooms available to rent to the wider community. We are committed to ensuring that each space is used in a way that is suitable and appropriate to the Methodist Church guidelines. If you're looking for a special place to host your event, we can offer offer a unique and beautiful setting.

Main Hall

The Watson Hall is our largest social space and has a full "Junkers" heated sports floor. It accommodates a full size badminton court and is a great  venue for indoor bowling. The large stage with curtains is ideal for performances. The hall would also be a perfect choice for dance and fitness classes, clubs and children's birthday parties. A large catering kitchen is attached.

Minor Hall

The Minor Hall is a flexible space perfect for more intimate events. This is a useful hall which can be divided into two rooms by a partition wall or used as one larger space. Light and bright with access to the small garden area, chairs and tables are available if required. There is a television screen available here.

Youth Lounge

The Youth Lounge is a more relaxed space with casual seating and a small food serving area. A television screen is available and a small projector if required. This space leads to the stage area which can be sectioned off into a seperate room.

Choir Room

The Choir Room is the perfect space for small group meetings, choir practice or small gatherings. Located close to the main church sanctuary and connected to the creche, this unique octagon shaped room is carpeted, warm and inviting. Seating and tables are available and a small kitchen attached. This would be an ideal space for a small pilates/yoga class with child care space attached.

Creche

The Creche is a smaller reflection of the choir room and octagon in shape. It has a toilet attached, and a baby changing station. The room is warm and welcoming, and provides a safe and comfortable environment for children to play and explore. We provide an area for parents to relax and watch their kids play, as well as a variety of activities to keep them entertained. This space may work well when used in conjunction with the Choir Room,

Office

The office is the perfect place to rent when you need a quiet, professional environment for your next meeting. Situated in the Centre Hall complex, the space is light and bright, with a window through to the social area, giving it a comfortable yet professional atmosphere.
You can book the space for a few hours or a full day, depending on your needs. We provide the space, furniture and Wi-Fi, so you can get to work straight away. Our office is the perfect place for special meetings, brainstorming sessions and more.
